Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Share project details, features, pricing, and location benefits through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to nurture leads until site visits or sales closure.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.
  • Support promotional campaigns, marketing events, and exhibitions.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with lead interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in digital lead management and database maintenance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with property options.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking.
  • Prior experience in

    real estate pre-sales

    or

    telesales

    preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
