Location: Gujarat / Any state in southern India Industry: Industrial Gases (Helium & Specialty Gases) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Head – India Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Sales Manager / Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our Helium and Specialty Gases business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, and revenue generation , working independently as an individual contributor. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial gases, customer applications, and technical sales . Key Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical), Chemistry, or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory). 6 + years of experience in industrial gases, specialty gases, or related industries . Proven track record in B2B sales, industrial sales, or gas industry sales . Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of Helium & specialty gases and their applications. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
