Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet targets
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and revenue projections to senior management
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Participate in key negotiations and close strategic deals with high-profile clients

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Certification required:

Any relevant sales or real estate certification is a plus
