Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, property sales coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets through strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new project updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and client interaction reports.
• Ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and successful deal closures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.

Requirements:

• Must have a personal laptop.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-friendly professional.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month.
