Key Responsibilities

• Member Acquisition and Sourcing:

  Identifying and sourcing potential customers and forming Joint Liability Groups (typically 4-10 members who offer mutual guarantee).

• Customer Interaction:

  Conducting mandatory pre-disbursement training and scheduled group meetings (Center/Group Training (CGT) and Group Recognition Test (GRT) meetings) to educate clients on loan terms and financial literacy.

• Application Processing & Verification:

  Assisting clients in completing loan applications, collecting necessary documentation (KYC, income proof), and conducting thorough residence and business verification.

• Credit Assessment:

  Analyzing financial information and credit histories to determine the group's eligibility and assess creditworthiness.

• Disbursement Coordination:

  Preparing disbursement sheets and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth loan disbursement to beneficiaries.

• Collection and Recovery:

  Managing the collection of current dues/EMIs from customer groups as per the scheduled time and visiting members who are overdue or in default (FTOD/OD/NPA).

• Documentation and Reporting:

  Maintaining accurate records of loan applications, approvals, collections, and submitting daily/periodic reports to the branch or area manager.

• Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate further business or references.
