Role Overview:

Pre-Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales to understand prospect needs, pain points, and automation readiness.
• Design high-level automation architectures that address customer challenges.
• Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client use cases.
• Run Proofs of Concept (PoC) to showcase solution fit and technical feasibility.
• Develop solution documentation: scope outlines, effort estimates, and ROI narratives.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate and persuasive technical content.
• Act as a technical expert and advisor during customer meetings and presentations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our solution stack and competitor landscape.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong documentation and solution design capabilities.
