We at Talent Corner HR Services are having an exciting opportunity for one of our clients in Mumbai:

Position :

Job Responsibilities :

Lead Conversion
: Manage leads from multiple sources, aiming to improve conversion rates and contribute to the business.
Performance Reporting
: Monitor lead progress, prepare dashboards, and provide insights to top management.
Cross-Project Utilization
: Leverage leads across various real estate projects, coordinating with sales for updates on pricing and inventory.
Process Improvement
: Implement industry best practices and optimize CRM and cloud telephony systems.
Call Quality
: Review and improve call engagement and lead interaction quality.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
Experience in presales or telecalling, preferably in real estate.
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and cloud telephony systems.
Graduate or above.
