We are looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in understanding client requirements, creating impact proposals, and driving business growth. Job Title: Pre-Sales Business Analyst Experience: 2 years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between clients and our technical team. Your role will involve requirement gathering, market research, proposal writing, and collaborating with sales and development teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Interact with clients to understand their business needs and document requirements. Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling business proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and presentations. Market Research: Analyse industry trends, competitors, and client needs to propose innovative solutions. Solution's & Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project managers, and developers to define solutions tailored to client needs. Client Communication: Participate in client calls, product demos, and requirement discussions. Wire-framing & Documentation: Create SRS, BRD, use cases, and basic wire-frames to communicate requirements effectively. CRM Management: Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance pre-sales processes and documentation templates for efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT services, AR/VR, AI, Web & Mobile App Development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and proposal writing tools. Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, Figma, or other project management/wireframing tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of UI/UX wire framing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma). Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Why Join The Intellify?
