Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) to join our team and support sales initiatives by analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination between the sales and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills, along with a good understanding of IT/software services. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives. Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements to prepare customized solutions and proposals. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions, estimations, and presentations. Conduct requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, SOW). Assist in preparing functional demonstrations, presentations, and client pitches. Ensure smooth handover of signed-off projects to the delivery team. Research industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Analyst in IT services. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), IT services, or SaaS products. Excellent skills in business requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create proposals, SOWs, wireframes, and process flows. Experience with tools like MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar will be a plus.
