Job Summary:-

A results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive adept at bridging technical expertise with business development. Plays a pivotal role in driving sales success by providing expert technical and project consultancy during client engagements. Excels at understanding and documenting customer requirements, collaborating closely with Sales teams to develop compelling proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs for the company's service offerings. Manages the pre-sales project lifecycle from initial requirement gathering and solution design through to successful implementation handover. Collaborates effectively with Senior Management, Delivery, Support, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely, accurate, and budget-conscious proposal delivery.

Essential Functions:-

  • Participate in initial corporate presentations & requirement discussions with business leaders to understand program vision and potential phasing
  • Contribute to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes by directly working on proposals across a variety of industries, focusing on the integration of customer platforms, data and cloud technologies, emerging technology experiences and more
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development, taking ownership of assigned deliverables, assist in the creation of tailored responses and create compelling PowerPoint presentations to support these efforts while also supporting collateral development work
  • Support the understanding of client needs and collaborate with internal teams on proposal development to ensure responses align with business needs/client requirements and offer technically superior solutions
  • Assist in preparing basic wireframes and mocks with UI designers as required to visualize proposed ideas
  • Work with internal stakeholders from different departments to update supporting business documents like PowerPoints, Project Plans, and Case Studies etc.
  • Collaborate with Strategy Consulting Team to gather client insights by conducting in-depth industry analysis, market research, and technology evaluation, leveraging customer pain points and objectives
  • Assist in reviewing technology/service offerings with internal teams.
  • Manage internal deliverables and reviews as per defined timelines and proactively assist in team operations as required

Requirements:-

  • Looking for someone having experience of 2-8 years of experience in Presales must have MBA
  • Knowledge in Front end technologies, API, microservices, Data, Cloud&AI, Info about latest tech - AI, gen AI.
