Position : Trainee – Pre-Sales

Job Requirements

• manage end-to-end Bid process - RFP / RFQ / RFI search, seek clarifications, prepare response and submit
• Collaborate with Product, development, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to finalize Technical and commercial proposals
• prepare solution decks, pitch presentations, and Customer-specific value propositions
• Brand management - Create marketing collaterals, Product logos, brochures, presentations, Company Profiles, case studies etc
• Coordinate with Creative designer for various collaterals / Requirements including - Brand stationary, brochures, infographics, website, emailers, UI mockups and other marketing creatives
• Analyze competitor products and market trends to strengthen solution positioning
• maintain a repository of reusable assets: templates, presentations, RFP responses, and solution documents
• handle event management activities - Stall Design, execution, email notifications, gifts and Brand stationary
• prepare commercial proposals for Change Requests (CRs), new enhancements, and sales team driven Requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs and feasibility for new Product offerings.
• Watchout Regulatory notifications and circulate with the relevant teams
• Support new Product initiatives - Logo creation, presentations, SDD and other literatures
• Create and manage contracts, proposals, agreements, and SOWs

Terms & Condition:

1. Selected Candidate needs to sign a service agreement on day One. The minimum service period is 24 months after completion of probation period. The probation is expected to be minimum 6 months based on the performance of the candidate.

2. Selected candidate needs to submit the original marksheets/degree certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Graduation and Post-graduation (if any).
