What You’ll Do (End-to-End Pre-Sales Execution):

  • Market Research: Identify target industries where QP solutions are a strong fit (e.g., industries with high frontline attrition, poor productivity tracking, or large distributed teams).
  • Client Fitment Analysis: Deep dive into shortlisted companies to assess size, stage, tech-readiness, bandwidth to implement QP solutions.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Identify decision-makers and influencers (CXOs, L&D Heads, HR Heads, Sales Heads), research their LinkedIn presence, past priorities, and relevance to our solution.
  • Outreach: Draft personalized, high-impact emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp messages to connect with prospects. Follow up, call and set up discovery meetings.
  • Initial Pitching: Join the first connect calls to understand the client’s context, do preliminary pitch and gather insights.
  • Handoff to Sales: Log notes, update the CRM, and transfer warm leads to the core sales team to take forward.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong research ability – using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, etc.
  • Comfort with email writing, cold outreach, and first-level calls
  • Proactive attitude and hustle to close meetings or leads
  • Basic understanding of business development, B2B sales, and SAAS is a plus
  • Enthusiastic learners who can work independently and take ownership

You’ll learn how to research like Sherlock, pitch like a politician, and hustle like your Wi-Fi bill depends on it. You’ll sit in on real client calls, drop jargon like “frontline productivity enablement” and “attrition control,” and maybe—just maybe—close a deal that makes the sales team cry happy tears. Oh, and we’ll actually read your work. Can your cousin at BigCorp say the same?


Why You Shouldn’t Work With Us:

If you prefer HR-sanitized tasks like "updating folders" or "organizing coffee chats," this isn’t the jungle for you. We’re too small to spoon-feed, too ambitious to wait, and too caffeinated to play it safe. There’s no 12-step onboarding, no “we’ll circle back next quarter,” and definitely no free bean bags. You'll juggle chaos, cold calls, and calendar mix-ups—and still be expected to smile on Zoom. If that sounds terrifying, no hard feelings. But if it sounds like a ride worth taking... buckle up.
