Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Pre-Sales Executive with up to 2 years or more than 2 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector. The candidate must be comfortable with site visits, client coordination, and technical proposal support. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to interpret drawings, and knowledge of BOQs, layout plans, and basic AutoCAD software.
 

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze architectural/engineering drawings and layouts.
  • Experience in BOQ preparation and basic cost estimation.
  • Understanding of layout planning and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (basic level) or similar drafting tools.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent site visits.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or site engineering roles.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in dealing with infrastructure or interior fit-out projects.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong technical acumen.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and gather technical data.
  • Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to support pre-sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical proposals for clients.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure accurate solution offerings.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions based on layouts and specifications.
  • Provide technical support during client meetings, presentations, and tender processes.
  • Maintain documentation and support the sales team in preparing bids and quotations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
