Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-sales Business Analyst to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales role, with a strong ability to understand client requirements, design solutions, and support the sales team in winning new businessThe role requires excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and client needs
  • Key Responsibilities
    Requirement AnalysisEngage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives
  • Solution DesignCollaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Proposal DevelopmentPrepare detailed proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the proposed solutions to clients
  • Sales SupportAssist the sales team in responding to RFPs/RFIs, preparing sales collateral, and addressing client queries during the pre-sales process
  • Market ResearchConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Client EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business processes and challenges
  • Product KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, solutions, and services to effectively position them to potential clients
  • Workshops and DemosConduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the value of proposed solutions
  • DocumentationDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client requirements, proposed solutions, and project scope
  • Qualifications
    ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or business analyst role
  • EducationBachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating detailed proposals and presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
