We are now seeking a Presales Trainee – AV & ELV Systems who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a skilled presales professional supporting solution design and proposal preparation for integrated low-voltage and AV systems.

Role Overview

The Presales Trainee – AV & ELV Systems will assist the presales and technical design teams in preparing system designs, BOQs, and proposals for AV and ELV solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates who are passionate about technology, solution design, and the integration of intelligent building systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Documentation

• Assist in analyzing project requirements, drawings, and tender documents.
• Support in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), system schematics, and basic design layouts.
• Help create and maintain technical proposals, compliance sheets, and costing documents.
• Coordinate internally with procurement and sales teams for data gathering and document preparation.

Learning & Development

• Gain hands-on exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Intercom, SMATV/IPTV, Structured Cabling, and AV systems.
• Learn to use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/CRM tools for presales documentation and estimation.
• Participate in product trainings, OEM demos, and internal workshops.

Coordination & Communication

• Support the presales team during client or consultant discussions by preparing presentation materials.
• Liaise with vendors and distributors to collect technical specifications and quotations under supervision.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and proper version control of documents.

Post-Award Support

• Assist in preparing project handover documents and support the project team with basic technical clarifications.
• Contribute to documentation updates and design revisions during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Communication, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Strong interest in AV, ELV, ICT, and Security Systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, CCTV, and structured cabling is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic technical environment.

Preferred Certifications (Optional Advantage)

• Basic networking or system integration certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or vendor-level introductory programs.
• Exposure to tools or systems from brands like Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Extron, Crestron, Axis, or Dahua.
