Job Description

As the Practice Lead for Asia, you will play a crucial role in driving quality, sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and operational aspects. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving overall growth of the practice area through business development, pre-sales, delivery work, and thought leadership. - Maximizing team performance by implementing an effective team approach to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. - Managing the allocation of offshore resources to local projects. - Managing engagement risk, project economics, planning, budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels. - Managing and delivering MuleSoft engagements while building the practice. - Ensuring profitability of all MuleSoft offerings and revenue management expectations. - Building and developing relationships with MuleSoft Alliance and Sales teams. - Owning joint sales pursuits in partnership with MuleSoft. - Identifying opportunities for growth and maturation of MuleSoft offerings. - Providing oversight and governance of all sold and managed MuleSoft projects. - Driving business development with necessary information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements. - Building and developing relationships/partnerships with local market teams, aligning on sales pursuits, resource capacity, and awareness across the region. - Developing or supporting the development of case studies, training materials, and best practices for the MuleSoft Practice. - Overseeing quality assurance of project delivery and facilitating client satisfaction surveys. - Ensuring alignment of global resources to projects based on skills and availability, responsible for team utilization. - Supporting recruiting and onboarding of new employees. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Software Development or Engineering. - 10+ years of experience in a large consulting environment. - Deep technical understanding in Integration and API Management space. - 6+ years of prior experience leading projects on integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or TIBCO. - Expertise in project delivery, program management, and SDLC. - Strong business development skills and relationship management. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in business operations including invoicing, SOWs, margins, and utilization. - Ability to manage multiple clients. - Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
