Practice Manager

As a Practice Manager at Oracle NetSuite, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing the Project Management and Consulting community. Your responsibilities will include overseeing delivery risks, ensuring compliance with delivery methodologies and standards, and driving team performance improvements. Your success will be measured by various factors such as team performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the team meets billable utilization targets - Achieve quarterly Professional Services revenue targets - Collaborate with Account and Client Management teams to drive user adoption of NetSuite - Manage executive-level customer relationships and oversee NetSuite implementation - Lead project staffing and resource scheduling on consulting engagements - Train, mentor, and manage a team of resources - Provide coaching and mentorship for resources" career development - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks - Support presales activities and solution delivery projects - Analyze demand for Practice skills and ensure appropriate resource availability - Promote Professional Consulting Services portfolio and global offerings - Work with Resourcing and Demand to allocate practice resources effectively - Set objectives, review performance, and develop Project Manager/Consultants - Define project scopes, expectations, and financial plans - Manage recruitment, attrition, and training budget for the Practice - Operate in accordance with Oracle's HR policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications: - 10-12+ years of systems applications consulting experience - Proven leadership in Professional Services Delivery with revenue responsibility and staff management - Strong Retail and/or Wholesale Distribution vertical application solution experience - Ability to translate customer business requirements into software solutions - Account Management and business development skills - Exceptional communication and client management abilities - Experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping - Previous services sales experience, preferably at the C level - Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous Please note that this is a night shift role from 6 PM to 3 AM IST.,
