Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager, Internal Projects at NTT DATA, your primary role will be to plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively manage resources and ensure project success by leveraging efficient project management methodologies. Your core responsibility will involve fostering a positive team culture, supporting team growth, and encouraging communication and collaboration to drive high performance and ensure a motivated and cohesive project team. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans and identify/manage project dependencies, risks, and issues. - Lead project teams, monitor progress, conduct regular meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders. - Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. - Identify project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualification Required: - Advanced knowledge and understanding of working within a matrixed global organization. - Advanced project management skills and relevant Project/Program Certification(s) preferred. - Assertiveness in approach, confidence in expertise, and advanced engagement and relationship-building skills. - Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders, along with excellent strategic thinking ability. - Superior decision-making skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong business acumen knowledge. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project/Program Management or a related field desired.
