Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in Organization Change Management at Infosys Consulting's Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice, you will play a key role in leading organization change management track in large-scale transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to navigate their transformation journeys and develop effective technology and non-technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating stakeholders, developing thought leadership, and contributing to practice building activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such as Digital Transformation, AI&I programs, and Large ERP transformation programs - Work as an effective change management consultant, either independently or leading a team, to assist clients in their transformation journeys - Collaborate with Infosys Consulting teams and other delivery units to create change strategies, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies - Motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to drive momentum and high performance culture - Develop thought leadership, drive market points of view, and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and offer development - Participate in practice building activities to enhance the change management community's capabilities through training and knowledge management Qualification Required: - Smart, self-driven, highly focused, and self-motivated individuals with top-notch communication skills and intellectual curiosity - 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in top-tier consulting post MBA, preferably specializing in change management for technology/non-technology transformation programs - Hands-on experience in end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs - Comfortable working with digital solutions in technology-driven transformation programs - Experience in developing change strategies for large scale transformation programs with a global reach - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions - Strong executive-level relationship building skills - Previous experience in management consulting with consulting firms - Certification in change management, such as Prosci, PCI, will be an added advantage Additional Details: Infosys Consulting is a global strategy to execution advisory firm that enables clients in over 30 countries to outperform the competition.
