Job Summary

Moris Media is looking for an energetic, media-savvy, and goal-oriented PR & Business Executive to join our dynamic global team. This role is essential for driving growth through strategic public relations, sales, and business development activities across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing multi-platform PR campaigns, and driving revenue through targeted outreach and marketing initiatives.

Acting as a Digital Doctor, you will diagnose brand needs and recommend structured PR strategies tailored to client goals. You’ll work across departments to ensure campaigns are effective, messages are aligned, and media coverage is relevant. From media relations and influencer coordination to business development and content collaboration, your approach will balance precision and creativity.

You must be adept at working remotely, managing multiple stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a deep understanding of their business goals

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive updates and solutions

• Develop and execute tailored PR and business growth strategies

• Pitch press releases and secure consistent, relevant media placements

• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns

• Monitor campaign KPIs, prepare reports, and optimize strategy accordingly

• Maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets

• Coordinate and manage press events, interviews, product launches, and brand activations

• Handle brand reputation and respond to PR challenges effectively

• Create engaging and accurate content aligned with client messaging

• Conduct competitor and market analysis for PR strategy development

• Support recruitment, team training, and leadership if required

• Participate in regular performance reviews and business goal tracking

• Manage CRM entries, communication logs, and maintain client documentation

• Stay updated with trends in digital PR, media, and influencer spaces

Primary Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

• MBA preferred or relevant certification in PR or Digital Marketing

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and CRM platforms

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, business development, or marketing roles

• Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue goals and handling end-to-end campaigns

• Experience managing client relationships, media relations, and public-facing events
