PPC Team Lead

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You must have a deep understanding of PPC strategy, analytics, and performance tracking to drive conversions and achieve KPIs

• Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Quality Score, etc.).
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign results.
• Implement conversion tracking and ensure data accuracy across platforms using tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients or stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with campaign goal.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and achieving performance targets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager.
• Excellent understanding of remarketing, lookalike audiences, custom conversions, and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with third-party tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously.
