PPC Team Lead

Job Description: As a performance-driven PPC Team Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the success of client campaigns by leveraging your expertise in digital advertising. Here's what you'll be doing: Key Responsibilities: - Strategically plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on Google Ads as the primary channel. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to a team of PPC executives to maintain quality control and enhance team capabilities. - Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximize campaign efficiency. - Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to drive conversions and ROI. - Establish proper tracking mechanisms using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and enhanced conversions to ensure data accuracy. - Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients. - Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align campaign strategies across different channels. - Stay updated on the latest features, policies, and best practices of Google Ads and Meta Ads to integrate new opportunities into campaign strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. - Proficiency in campaign types such as Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta lead generation/conversion campaigns. - Strong command over analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. - Ability to analyze large data sets, extract insights, and make optimization decisions. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively. - Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are preferred.
