Job Summary:

Student Direct Digital is seeking a PPC Specialist. In this role, you'll be the strategic mind behind our paid media campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and drive brand awareness. Responsibilities:

• Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
• Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
• Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
• Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
• Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
• Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
• Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to ensure maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with our content and creative teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, CPC, CPA, and ROI
• Proficiency in Google, LinkedIn and Meta Ads required
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
• Efficient with keyword research using tools like – SemRush, Ahrefs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus. Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Experience working with remote teams is an asset
