As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Verve Logic LLC in Jaipur, Rajasthan, your primary responsibility will be to drive and optimize performance across various online channels as a crucial member of the company's digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet overall business objectives. - Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for enhancement. Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. - Efficiently manage marketing budgets to ensure proper allocation and maximize return on investment. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. - Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for optimal performance. - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with a proven track record in performance marketing. - Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant channels. - Experience in PPC Campaign Management, E-Commerce Marketing, SEO, SMM, SEM, etc. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and provide optimization recommendations. - Experience in effectively managing marketing budgets to achieve performance objectives. - Ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends and technologies. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders. - Passion for delivering measurable results and continuously improving campaign performance.
