Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven PPC Manager to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pay-per-click advertising, demonstrate analytical prowess, and have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to achieve business goals such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and audience segments for targeted campaigns. Ad Copy & Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences. Bid & Budget Management: Set and manage campaign budgets, adjust bids to maximize ROI, and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across Google Ads and Meta campaigns to avoid overlap and wasted spend. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms. Certifications: Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant PPC tools. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize for enhanced tracking and testing. Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Knowledge of SEO principles to align paid campaigns with organic strategies. Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
