Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager - Tele sales to lead and expand our tele sales operations, focusing on new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in managing high-performing tele sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities : 1) Lead, manage, and motivate the tele sales team to achieve new client acquisition targets. Develop and implement tele sales strategies to maximize customer reach and revenue generation. 2) Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. 3) Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management. 4) Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. 5) Ensure compliance with all company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements. 6) Drive the expansion of branch operations and actively contribute to regional business development initiatives. Key Requirements : 1) Minimum 7-15 years of experience in telesales, preferably in new client acquisition.
