Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in dyeing machines and other equipment, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Preventative Maintenance: Implementing regular maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of electrical systems. Safety: Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations regarding electrical work in the dyeing department. Automation and Control Systems: Working with automation systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and other control systems used in dyeing processes. Knowledge of Textile Processes: Understanding the different stages of the dyeing process and the specific requirements of various dyeing machinery. Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members, including operators, supervisors, fitters and engineers. Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Electrical : Formal education in electrical or a related field is essential. Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, particularly in textile or yarn dyeing, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Thorough understanding of electrical safety standards and practices.
