Power BI Architect

Responsibilities

∙ Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights∙ Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI∙ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them∙ Analyze data and present it through reports that support decision-making ∙ Convert business requirements into technical specifications and set timelines for delivery ∙ Create relationships between data and develop tabular/multidimensional models ∙ Document charts, algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships∙ Demonstrate proficiency in Analysis Services – building Tabular & Multidimensional models (OLAP, Cubes) over DW/DM/DB∙ Write complex DAX and MDX queries∙ Design and guide BI-related IT architecture in existing or new landscapes, ensuring compliance with standards∙ Provide blueprinting, gather requirements, and roll out BI solutions to end-users ∙ Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models∙ Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts with advanced analytics ∙ Analyze current ETL processes and define improvements∙ Contribute to data warehouse development using SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS∙ Redefine and implement strategic improvements to current BI systems∙ Create custom charts and calculations based on user requirements∙ Design and deploy business intelligence solutions that meet evolving organizational needs ∙ Use SQL queries, filters, and graphs to enhance data comprehension∙ Collaborate with users and teams at all levels to drive continuous improvement Required Skills:∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field ∙ Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual reporting and dashboard development ∙ At least 6 years of hands-on Power BI development experience∙ Strong expertise in SQL Server∙ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel∙ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills∙ High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesIf you’re ready to lead impactful BI solutions and work with a talented team, we’d love to hear from you!Skills: data modeling,mdx,microsoft office,sql server,sql,dax,business intelligence solutions,ssis,ssrs,power bi,etl processes,data analysis,ssas,design,excel
