Job Summary:  Wissen Technology is hiring an Executive PMO   (Intermediate Level) to manage talent onboarding/offboarding, project transitions, and operational coordination across accounts. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and adherence to PMO principles  

Experience:   4 - 7   Years  

Location:   Bangalore  

Mode of Work:   Hybrid   

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage talent onboarding, offboarding, and transitions for assigned accounts.  
  
• Maintain onboarding details, reports, and dashboards in Wissen and client tools.  
  
• Coordinate with RMG for talent status updates and HR SPOCs for background checks.  
  
• Collaborate with   BizOps team on client RFPs and fixed-bid projects.  
  
• Work with   Contracts team for new client onboarding and documentation (MSA, NDA, etc.).  
  
• Support Finance team with   accurate   and   timely  invoicing data.  
  
• Coordinate with timesheet owners for onboarding/offboarding and timesheet compliance.  
  
• Track SOW submissions and PO approvals for T&M engagements.  
  
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all data captured for financial and operational reporting   
  

Required Skills   and  Qualification:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Master’s Degree is a plus).  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management (internal, partner, and client teams).  
  
• High attention to detail with compliance and financial implications.  
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills.  
  
• Adherence to PMO pillars: Trust, Respect, Accountability, Transparency.    
  

Good to Have Skills:  

• Experience with talent onboarding tools like Beeline, Workday, Fieldglass, Zoho.  
  
• Exposure to ODC (Offshore Development Center) management.
