The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and report directly to the Founder, ensuring smooth communication, disciplined follow-ups, and consistent operational reporting.

- Track daily tasks and follow up with owners across Buzzcart, LearnSphere, and EngageX
- Maintain project timelines, implementation schedules, and delivery commitments
- Update task trackers and operational dashboards regularly
- Support client onboarding and routine platform operations
Client Coordination
- Communicate updates and clarifications to clients in a timely manner
- Capture client requirements for e-commerce, LMS, and communication workflows and hand them off internally
- Track approvals, action items, and closure of pending tasks
- Coordinate basic operational requests and ensure timely follow-up
Internal Coordination
- Work with developers, designers, trainers, content teams, and vendors to execute tasks
- Track task assignments, dependencies, and follow-ups
- Ensure alignment across operations, tech, and delivery teams
Process & Reporting
- Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and SOPs
- Prepare concise daily and weekly status updates for active projects
- Record client implementations, support requests, and operational progress
- Support consolidated operational reports for Founder review
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely updates and follow-ups across assigned projects
- Contribution to on-time delivery of platform operations
- Accuracy and consistency of documentation and trackers
- Responsiveness to internal teams and client communications
- Ability to manage multiple workflows with discipline

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in operations, coordination, or support roles
- Office-based (onsite) work preference
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, email, and task-tracking tools
- Willingness to learn platform-specific workflows (e-commerce, LMS, communication)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, LMS (e.g., LearnSphere), or SaaS products
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack)
- Prior client onboarding or delivery support experience
- Basic understanding of technical workflows and developer coordination
- Relevant certifications or coursework in operations or project coordination
