About The Role
We’re looking for a
Platform Operations Coordinator
to support day-to-day execution across BrainyBuzz Digital’s SaaS platforms —
Buzzcart, LearnSphere LMS, and EngageX
.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
task tracking, coordination, follow-ups, and structured execution
. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth operations, timely updates, and disciplined reporting. The role reports directly to the Founder.

, client coordination, and internal execution workflows, with growth opportunities based on performance.Role ObjectiveSupport daily operations across BrainyBuzz platforms by coordinating tasks, maintaining trackers, and ensuring smooth internal and client-facing execution under the Founder’s guidance.Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Track daily tasks and follow up with owners across platforms
- Maintain project timelines, delivery schedules, and execution trackers
- Update operational dashboards and status sheets
- Support client onboarding and routine platform operations
Client Coordination
- Share updates and clarifications with clients in a timely manner
- Capture requirements related to e-commerce, LMS, and communication workflows
- Track approvals, action items, and closures
- Coordinate basic operational support requests
Internal Coordination
- Work with developers, designers, trainers, content teams, and vendors
- Track task assignments, dependencies, and follow-ups
- Ensure alignment between operations, tech, and delivery teams
Process & Reporting
- Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and SOPs
- Prepare concise daily and weekly status updates
- Record client implementations, support requests, and progress
- Support consolidated reports for Founder review
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely task updates and consistent follow-ups
- Contribution to on-time project and platform delivery
- Accuracy and discipline in documentation and trackers
- Responsiveness to internal teams and client communications
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel
Candidate Profile
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or support roles
- Comfortable with full-time, on-site work
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and written communication skills
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, email, and task-tracking tools
- Willingness to learn SaaS platform workflows
Preferred
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, LMS, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, or similar
- Experience supporting client onboarding or delivery
- Basic understanding of technical or development workflows
