About The Role
We are looking for a
Junior eLearning Content Developer – Intern
to support the creation, design, and deployment of digital learning content on
Moodle LMS
. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to LMS platforms, eLearning authoring tools, and real-world training projects.You will work closely with our LMS and content team to convert learning material into structured, engaging, and interactive online courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating course content on Moodle LMS
- Convert PPTs, documents, and raw content into structured eLearning modules
- Design basic interactive learning content using Adobe Captivate
- Create visual learning assets using Canva (banners, slides, thumbnails)
- Upload, organize, and manage course materials within the LMS
- Apply basic instructional design principles for better learner engagement
- Support testing, content reviews, and minor revisions based on feedback
- Maintain content consistency, formatting, and quality standards
Required Skills & Tools
- Basic knowledge of Moodle LMS (course creation, activities, resources)
- Working familiarity with Adobe Captivate
- Experience using Canva for educational or visual content
- Understanding of eLearning concepts and digital learning formats
- Good attention to detail and content organization
- Basic computer and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Education, E-Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or related fields
- Exposure to online learning platforms or LMS tools
- Interest in EdTech, corporate training, or digital learning systems
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
