1. Building trusted relationships between management and unions by liaising between the two Build Unions trust on management by being the voice of employees Handle business demand negotiations with respective stake holders Sustain One Union Policy (*wherever applicable) & maintaining Contract management with proactive approach Collect official & unofficial on Union/ Stake-holders information through various sources and their demands and its implications and its way forward for closure Implement welfare schemes linked to the location specific Ensure statutory welfare is supported as per the Act inside the premises Lead staff and Workmen Life Cycle management of the plant Ensure Talent Acquisition of staff & workmen as per the prescribed norms and approval Ensure the grades, designations, salary fitment are in line with the CMA nomenclature, Personal file / Records management and insurance claims, Wage Board settlements / Welfare measures and disciplinary proceeding for Misconduct Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 2. Managing the statutory compliances Handle legal cases with state/ central Authorities/Court and represent on behalf of management to various legal authorities Educate commercial department for drafting work orders related to contract requirements to be complied with Handle contractors, files, and documentation verification Ensure separate PF, ESIC, License for all the contractors Ensure good liaison with State & Central Govt, local body officers for smooth execution Handling accident & subsequent support for the family members Ensure contract bill is processed on time and payment is made on time Budget Vs Actual Manpower analysis as per manning table Lead and ensure all applicable State and Central Laws/Rules of the respective plant Ensure PF, ESIC. Contract labour, factories Law compliance are met and in order 3. Self/ Team Development Develop and update self-knowledge base to cater the organization need
