Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred). 5 - 10 years of proven experience in civil construction project management. Proficient in project management and construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, STAAD Pro, etc. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and modern construction methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Preferred Experience: Experience in sustainable building design and green construction practices. Hands-on involvement in commercial and residential construction projects.
