Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring a positive work environment and maintaining workers health, safety, and hygiene factors Also, the welfare of workers by continuous communication with the factory management and workers.

Responsibilities and Functions:

Employee Welfare & Engagement:

Implement and monitor statutory welfare measures under the Factories Act and other labour laws.
Organize and oversee employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives.
Conduct grievance redressal and ensure fair treatment of workers.

Compliance & Liaison:

Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Act.
Maintain liaison with government and labour welfare authorities.

HR & IR Operations:
Support HR operations including audits, manpower planning, and data management.
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for welfare-related activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and trackers
Safety & Statutory Reporting
