Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring a positive work environment and maintaining workers health, safety, and hygiene factors Also, the welfare of workers by continuous communication with the factory management and workers.

Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Employee Welfare & Engagement:
    • Implement and monitor statutory welfare measures under the Factories Act and other labour laws.
    • Organize and oversee employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct grievance redressal and ensure fair treatment of workers.
  • Compliance & Liaison:
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Act.
    • Maintain liaison with government and labour welfare authorities.
  • HR & IR Operations:
  • Support HR operations including audits, manpower planning, and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for welfare-related activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and trackers
  • Safety & Statutory Reporting
