Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and execute a

    comprehensive talent acquisition strategy

    aligned with employer's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with

    Business Heads and HRBPs

    to forecast hiring needs and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive

    succession planning

    and workforce analytics to address future talent requirements

2. Leadership Hiring:

  • Recruitment for

    Leadership Role

    across infrastructure, EPC, IT, and engineering divisions.
  • Lead

    executive search efforts

    for C-level and senior leadership roles.

3. Employer Branding & Market Positioning:

  • Enhance employer brand through

    social media, career fairs, and industry events

    .
  • Collaborate with corporate communications to improve

    digital hiring campaigns

    .
  • Drive

    Diversity & Inclusion hiring initiatives

    to attract diverse talent.

4. Recruitment Process Optimization & Digital Transformation:

  • Implement

    AI-driven recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HR analytics

    for better hiring decisions.
  • Reduce

    time-to-hire and cost-per-hire

    through process automation and best practices.
  • Ensure a

    seamless candidate experience

    through structured recruitment workflows.

5. Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with

    internal stakeholders, including business heads, project managers, and Project HR partners

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely talent acquisition.

6. Compliance & HR Best Practices:

  • Ensure
