1. Partnering with Supply Chain BU and preparing the hiring plan for Blue Collar as per the business ops requirement at Distribution Centers/Collection Centers/ Reprocessing Center
2. Manpower Sourcing through multiple channels for all verticals of Supply Chain Operations to ensure optimum workforce management.
3. Ensure recruitment Timelines/targets are adhered to
4. Managing the Bulk Onboarding and Bulk Offboarding without any IR issues
5. Partnering with all the stakeholders and ensuring the success of high-Volume Sales during festival season as per manpower requirement.
6. Carry out periodical assessment of talent for all locations through established processes and build talent pipeline for expansion
7. Prepare manpower budget, forecast cost estimations, monitor adherence to processes and drive corrective actions
8. Payroll management: solving grievances related to payroll of the staff
9. Provide data analysis and insights to the management on manpower cost, absenteeism & attrition
5-10 years of experience in managing on roll and off roll employees for Supply chain, Logistics.
Min qualification - Graduate
Must have working knowledge & experience in blue collar hiring
Must have team leading experience
Experience of managing Industrial Relations desirable
Preferably from Retail, E- Commerce, Logistics, FMCG or QSR background
