Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR activities and policies at the plant level. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role also involves handling employee queries and ensuring a positive working environment.
