Plant Human Resource Manager

Job Title: HR Manager

1. Compliance and Policy Development:

• Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and employment standards.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and understood by employees.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources of candidates.

3. Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.

4. Performance Management:

• Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure it aligns with organizational goals.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development.

5. Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

6. HR Reporting and Analytics:

• Maintain and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

7. Organizational Development:

• Foster a positive organizational culture and promote best practices in employee relations and development.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
