Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Employee & Labour Relations

Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Maintain healthy workplace relations and ensure adherence to labour laws.

2. Performance & Development

Support performance appraisal cycles.
Assist in employee training, capability-building initiatives, and development programs.

3. Contractor Management

Coordinate with contractor agencies for workforce deployment.
Verify manpower records, attendance, and statutory compliance of contractors.

4. Workforce Management

Oversee manpower planning, attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
Ensure accuracy of HR data and workforce reporting.

5. Onboarding & Offboarding

Execute end-to-end onboarding: documentation, induction, system creation.
Manage resignations, exit formalities, and final settlements

6. Health & Safety

Support implementation of EHS policies.
Coordinate employee health, safety initiatives, and compliance requirements.

7. Administrative Functions

Oversee office administration, facility coordination, and general support tasks.
Maintain records, asset logs, documentation, and day-to-day admin operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Master degree in HR, Master in Business Administration, or related field.
3-8 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or workforce management, Plant HR.
Good knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Leaders are welcomed to handle Plant HR Team.
Male candidate Preferable
