Position Title : Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist Qualifications and Skills : Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Certifications : Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Familiarity with ESD S 20.20 guidelines is essential. Experience : Proven track record in QMS implementation and document control management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Skills : Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in document control systems and quality tools like FMEA, CAPA, 8D, etc. Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities :1. Training and Awareness : Conduct training sessions for employees on ISO, ESD, and related QMS standards to promote understanding and compliance. Act as a subject matter expert for QMS-related queries. 5. Performance Monitoring and Improvement : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of QMS.
