Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including planning, sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Engage directly with business heads, plant leadership, and HR partners to understand manpower needs and role requirements.
  • Build talent pipelines for future requirements across engineering, operations, R&D, quality, NPD, supply chain, IT and project management functions.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, headhunting, internal referrals, niche platforms, and campus partnerships.
  • Support recruitment branding efforts in the South Indian talent market.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, audit norms, and data documentation.
  • Maintain and report recruitment dashboards, TAT trackers, and closure status reports regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Plant / leadership hiring.
  • Prior experience in hiring for the manufacturing preferably electronics industry is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently in an IC role.
