Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive talent pipeline building through proactive sourcing, headhunting, employee referrals, and vendor management.
• Ensure the team adheres to compliance, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and motivate the team for high productivity.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.
• Represent the company at recruitment drives, career fairs, and networking events as required.
