Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels across functions related to construction projects (Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, Safety Officers, QA/QC, etc.).
• Identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and consultancies.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Conduct salary negotiations and finalize offers within approved budgets.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database regularly.
• Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
• Collaborate with the HR Head and Project Heads to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain cordial relationships with consultants and vendors for timely manpower support.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory norms, and recruitment best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition within the Construction / Infrastructure / EPC industry.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of construction-related roles and technical skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple project requirements simultaneously.
