Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source target profiles and manage candidate flow effectively.
    Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates using consistent templates, behavioral interviewing techniques, and assessment tools.
  • Present pre-screened candidates to hiring managers using standardized processes (including Taleo presentation tools when applicable).
  • Communicate the Life’s Best Work” employee value proposition to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates; confidently answer questions about the enterprise and industry.
  • Ensure real-time candidate status updates per SLA using correspondence libraries.
  • Coach hiring managers on candidate evaluation, behavioral interviewing, offer negotiation, and process troubleshooting.
  • Review internal salary benchmarks, market compensation tables, and intelligence to recommend competitive offer packages.
  • Express concerns and share ideas constructively, adopting a leadership perspective.
  • Execute core TA processes as defined by SLA, including:
  • Discovery documentation
  • Prescreening questions
  • CRM tool usage
  • Sourcing/posting recipes
  • Candidate presentation tools
  • Requisition coding and documentation in Taleo
  • Develop sourcing strategies and action plans for aging requisitions, keeping management informed.
  • Maintain mastery in requisition management, candidate dispositioning, and coding.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BBA, or related field.
  • 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience

    (Healthcare coders hiring experience is mandatory).

  • Strong ability to screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques: internet, cold calling, alumni networks, interactive strategies, and social media.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    Intermediate proficiency with ATS systems.
