Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end leadership and mid-to-senior level hiring for functions within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with business heads and functional leaders to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess cultural and role fit, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Manage offer negotiation and onboarding processes seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leadership talent for future requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor hiring trends to influence recruitment strategy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dixon Technologies in the talent marketplace.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on leadership hiring.
  • Prior experience in hiring for the manufacturing preferably electronics industry is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently in an IC role.
