Talent Acquisition

1. Sourcing Candidates through Job Portals/ Social Media/ LinkedIn and other sources

2. Responsible for the Closures of the candidates

3. Responsible for Line ups

4. Target of 5 to 6 closures a month.

5. Ensuring various sources of recruitment apart from portals

6. Should be an aggressive recruiter with experience in handling large scale recruitment

7. Self-Starter/ Go getter and independent worker willing to work under tremendous pressure

8. Shall be responsible for the overall 360 degree of recruitment right from the sourcing, to Interviewing to closure.

• Onboarding
• Employee Lifecycle Management

Additional Skills required:

1. Good communication skills are a prerequisite

2. Ability to handle multiple deadlines

3. Has working knowledge of Job Portal
