Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies for potential roadblocks.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and stakeholders to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports using MS Project or similar tools
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and progress updates.
• Effectively manage the entire project end to end Making project plan, Follow the mile stone reviews, Manage resources, Coordinate with stakeholder
• Circulating the various Commercial & Technical reports as per project requirements to Management & cross functional team on assigned project operations.
