Job Title:

Job Overview:

Manager PnC & Admin Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Workforce Management

Maintain staff strength as per the approved plan
Recruit suitable candidates based on TRFs
Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners

2. Statutory Compliance

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (Labour laws, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Methanol & DL2 licenses, annual & half-yearly returns, etc.)
Ensure timely renewals and submissions

3. Payroll Support

Monitor staff attendance
Provide monthly payroll inputs to Head Office

4. Staff Welfare

Ensure quality food and staff transport
Maintain bachelor quarters
Manage CUG allocations and bill payments

5. CL (Contract Labour) Management

Ensure contract manpower supply as per plan
Monitor attendance and absenteeism
Verify bills and ensure timely payments
Conduct monthly statutory verification

6. Facility Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, canteen, and bachelor quarters
Oversee landscaping and site upkeep

7. Employee Engagement & Training

Organize engagement activities and events
Plan annual training calendar and coordinate training programs with section in-charges and Head Office

8. Administration & MIS

Manage stationery requirements for the unit
Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports to Plant Head, CHRO & SMT

Skills & Competencies:

Recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations
Budgeting and audit handling
Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)
Training & development, employee engagement
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Tamil is a must
