Reporting to: Administratively to Unit Head & Functionally to Hub Head HR West
Qualifications
Essential MBA/MSW/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management (2 yearsFull Time) from Institute Recognized by UGC/ AICTE.
Desired Degree /Dip in T & D, Labour Laws
Experience: Around 3 + years of experience in Plant IR/ERfunction preferably in the Manufacturingsector withminimum200andaboveworkforce .
Candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience of HR Generalist role as Head ER/ IR or 1+ Years experience as second in command in Employee Relation function in large organization.

ThisPosition is Plant Head HR Role.
Thispositionisresponsibleforove rseeingtheentiregamutof HR activitiesfor plants andprovidingstrategic H R supporttotheManagement. The objective of the role is to formulate human resources strategies, systems, and processes that help the organization meet its goals and objectivesand facilitate growth and development. The role is also responsible formaintaining security and EHS standards for the organization.
Major Jobincludes:
Overall HR andIR Management -IR, Legal, Compliances & Audit, Local Govt. Liaison, CSR, Employee Grievances, Apprenticeship, Shop Floor Management, Quality Circle, EHS, Contract Labour Management (including Labor works software),
ManpowerPlanning & budget, Org Structure & JD, Talant Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, Emp. Engagement, Group HRInitiatives (Policy drive, GPTW, Talent Mgmt. etc.), HR Presentation, HRMS (CMRConnect), Personal File Mgmt.,
Payroll, Admin- Canteen, Transportation, Guest House, Visitor Management, etc.
Core Competencies:
Goodunderstanding about HRMS Operation of HR Automation like SAP HR/ successfactor / Darwin box etc
Strongcommunication skills
Highattention to detail, clarity
Excellentinterpersonal and organizational skills with proven abilities in peoplemanagement,
Should beProficient in MS office suite & Analytical skills

Age Around30 years.
CTC : 8 to10 LPA.
